ADRIAN HEARING CENTER

A Different Kind of Hearing Practice: The Adrian Hearing Way

We don’t just meet our patient’s expectations, we rise above them.

The Adrian Way means we make a promise to every patient who walks into our office.

Your hearing health experience will surpass your expectations; by experiencing how a 60 minute consultation could improve your life, by seeing what the word after-care really means. We do this by providing you with the most skilled and highly trained hearing health practitioners available – Your doctor.

We promise every patient:

A first class facility and doctor of audiology to call your own, the resources to lead you to a successful hearing rehabilitation, the tools to make life comfortable again, a team to back you up every step of the way, and a world-class product, Starkey Hearing Technologies.

We do this because we want Adrian Hearing to be synonymous with the best hearing professionals in the industry. We want everyone to know that we hand-pick every practitioner for our office. Because with the best practitioners comes care to outshine every idea a patient has about their experience. It also comes with trust, knowing we are providing the best hearing recommendations possible for our patients.

When we make this promise, we are improving lives.

I love, love, love my new hearing aids! Dr. Rankin listened to my complaints and my inability to adapt to certain types of hearing aides.

Melissa Bolton

Biller & Office Administrator

have been with Rankin Audiology and Hearing for just over 6 years now. I started as a Patient Care Coordinator and am now the Office Administrator. I split my time between the Chelsea office and the Adrian office. I have 3 wonderful children and have been married for 23 years. I have worked in the medical field for over 15 years, studying health care administration at Eastern Michigan University and Baker College. Currently, I am studying to become a hearing instrument specialist and will be assisting Dr. Rankin and Dr. Glover with testing, fitting, and hearing aid maintenance and cleaning. I look forward to many more years working for Dr. Rankin and love being one of the first faces that our patients see when they walk in.

Theresa Fout

Theresa Fout

Audiology Assistant

I started working at Adrian Hearing Center the end of January 2025. I really enjoy working with Dr. Becca Glover and she continues to teach me.  I have been working in the Audiology Field since 2011. I started working in a private practice as a receptionist. While at that practice I also became the audiology assistant and office manager. I then worked at an ENT's office. I am very excited to be back in a private practice.  I enjoy working more closely with patients and their families. I have a Bachelors' degree from the University of Michigan and an Associates degree from Baker College.

I have two grown children and four grandchildren and enjoy spending time with them. I enjoy being outdoors. I can be found camping, kayaking, hiking and gardening. The opportunity for me to become a Hearing Instrument Specialist excites me. I am looking forward to helping patients more closely with their hearing loss.
